Question: Given the need for social distancing, are Toyota showrooms open?
The situation surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic is evolving rapidly. Considering this, and as per the instructions and safety guidelines issued by the Government and Health Authorities, we have temporarily closed our new and used car sales showrooms. We are however available to support you on our Hotline at 1803803.

Question: Is it still possible to get my Toyota vehicle serviced?
As per the instructions and safety guidelines issued by the Government and Health Authorities we have temporarily closed service facilities.
We are providing complimentary pick-up and drop-off for vehicles in need of scheduled service.

Question: What precautions have you put in place to protect your customers at Service Centres and to reduce the spread of any illness?
Helping to prevent the spread of this virus is our top priority. Toyota Kuwait had already implemented measures based on guidance received from the Government and Health Authorities - in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections. These measures will remain in place whenever our Service Centres re-open. We will continue to post updates as they develop.

Question: What precautions have you put in place to protect your employees and to reduce the spread of any illness?
The safety and security of our employees is very important to us. All Toyota Kuwait team members are aware of the important role they play in staying safe - and keeping others safe. From strictly following health guidelines to encouraging working from home, Toyota Kuwait has implemented specific measures and restrictions for the benefit of our team members - and those with whom they might come in contact.
