Successive Models

The origin of the Land Cruiser was the Toyota jeep BJ which was released in 1951, and was first given the name "Land Cruiser" for the release of the 20-series in 1955. Since then, the three separate series of Heavy-duty type, Wagon type, and Light-duty type models have been simultaneously developed.
